96″ Bleached Cotton Hobbs Wadding: 96″

96″ Bleached Cotton Hobbs Heirloom Wadding/Batting is created specifically for use in quilts made with white or light-coloured fabrics.

100% Cotton Wadding/Batting is very similar to Hobbs Heirloom 100% Natural Cotton Batting, but it’s distinguished by the crisp, white colour which won’t ‘shadow’ through a white or light-coloured quilt top or bottom.

A soft, thin, low-loft wadding/batting, made with the finest clean, bleached, long-staple virgin cotton available (and proudly displays the Cotton Incorporated Seal). It resists bunching and shifting and is well-loved by those seeking to keep their white or light-coloured quilts nice and bright.

This wadding/batting may be stitched up to 8″ apart, and it is machine washable (once inside a quilt), with the wadding/batting becoming softer and softer after each washing, and shrinkage of 3-5% expected.

Pre-washing: not recommended.
