    Gemstone Gathering No Moss Quilt Along

    Gemstone Gathering No Moss Quilt Along – Gemstone Colourway – Kaffe Fassett Collective

    Join us for the Gathering No Moss quilt along with  Kaffe Fassett starting in the Summer of 2021. You will receive all of your fabrics at the start of the project with instructions and inspirations on a weekly basis for 6 weeks from July 6 – August 10, 2021.

    Explore the wonderful dance of colour as we make this Gemstone version of  The Gathering No Moss quilt.

    A fun-filled adventure using simple-to-make Rolling Stone quilt blocks.

    Along the journey, you will glean

    • Colour and design placement advice from Kaffe Fassett.
    • Tips and techniques for working with brilliant colour and design from guest experts.
    • Incentives to encourage you to “Gather No Moss” and keep creating.
    • Colour-confidence using the simple-to-make Rolling Stone quilt block.

    Finished Quilt Size:
    Approximate 77″ x 92″ (1.95mx  2.34m)

    This Kit Includes: 
    All the required fabrics for the quilt top and binding. The backing fabric is not included in this kit.
    The pattern with instructions and diagrams is included.

    The quilt features fabrics by all three of the Kaffe Fassett Collective Designers – Kaffe Fassett, Brandon Mably and Philip Jacobs.

    Many of the fabrics have been chosen from the Kaffe Fassett Collective Classic ranges and include our favourites such as Mosaic Circles, Paperweight, Spot, Jumble and Brassica.

    Backing Fabric is not included in the kit.

    Suggested Options are:

    PWGP182.Red (44″ Wide) – approx. 7m
    QBGP006.Blue (108″ Wide) – approx. 2.5m
    QBGP007.Purple (108″ Wide) – approx. 2.5m

    Alternatively, visit our Extra Wide Backing Section for more colours and designs.

    To complete you will need wadding. We suggest a Hobbs Heirloom Queen Size Pack of Wadding – either 80/20 (Cotton/ Polyester) for a loftier finish or 100% Cotton for a flat finish.

    Technique: Pieced.
