Windborne Reflections Quilt Kit by Lakeview Quilting
Windborne Reflections Quilt Kit by Lakeview Quilting blends graceful movement with crisp geometric structure. The layout combines ruler‑based precision with paper pieced accuracy, creating the look of wind‑driven motion sweeping across the quilt surface. Clear diagrams and step by step instructions make this quilt pattern approachable for confident beginners and deeply satisfying for experienced quilters. The kit includes all the fabrics to make the quilt top, binding, and pattern.
Designed by Linda McGibbon of Lakeview Quilting, the finished quilt top measures approximately 88″ x 88″.
This design is partially paper pieced and also uses two specialty rulers: Deb Tucker’s Diamond Rects tool and the Creative Grids Square on Square Trim Tool. The pattern includes the foundation pages needed for the paper pieced sections, along with a master copy of the ruler‑based units for quilters who prefer to paper piece instead of using the rulers.
All the fabrics that you need to create this quilt top, with binding are included in the kit—just add your favourite wadding and backing.
To complete the quilt you will need:
approx. 92″ x 92″ of a backing fabric of your choice
approx. 92″ x 92″ of wadding, we suggest using 120″ x 120″ King Size Wadding Pack Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 Cotton Blend Wadding
