Once logged in with a shipping location outside the United Kingdom, prices will be shown on the website and in your basket excluding VAT, which is the amount you will be charged.

Most shipments to non-UK destinations will be subject to additional duty, taxes and handling fees. These are charged either by the destination customs authority or the courier. All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient to pay prior to delivery. Prices quoted on our website do not include overseas tax, duty or import handling fees. Lady Sew and Sew cannot accept responsibility for delayed or undelivered items due to unpaid taxes or customs charges.
Overseas shipments can sometimes be subject to delays, either in transit or due to hold-ups in customs. Whilst we will do our utmost to expedite all deliveries, these circumstances are outside our control and we cannot guarantee delivery dates to non UK destinations.
UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man orders are normally posted by Royal Mail First Class, courier, or Parcelforce.
Non-UK orders are usually sent by tracked Royal Mail, courier or Parcelforce.
In certain circumstances (for example over-size items such as rolls of wadding) there may be an additional cost to the rates quoted above. Any such charges will be advised prior to dispatch and will not be taken without your agreement.
