Milward Water-Soluble Chalk Pencil is an interchangeable water-soluble chalk pencil set with 12 coloured refills in 6 colours and a built-in sharpener, ideal for sewing, quilting and craft projects. Marks can be removed with a damp cloth or cold wash and should be removed before ironing or washing.
