Steppes Quilt Kit, Bloom & Burrow by Penny Jeffries features a stunning design of offset step-like motifs in vibant colours on a subtle yellow check background, using vibrant fabrics from the Bloom & Burrow collection by Penny Jeffries.
The quilt kit includes all the fabrics to make the quilt top, binding, and pattern. Designed by Stacey Day, the finished quilt top measures approximately 73″ x 85″.
Bloom & Burrow by Penny Jeffries is inspired by the contrast between the elegance of the masquerade and the untamed spirit of the hare. The designs bring together elements of nature and theatrical costume, exploring themes of mystery, transformation, and grace.
All the fabrics that you need to create this quilt top, with binding are included in the kit—just add your favourite wadding and backing.
To complete the quilt you will need:
approx. 77″ x 89″ of a backing fabric of your choice
approx. 77″ x 89″ of wadding, we suggest using 90″ x 108″ Queen Size Wadding Pack – Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 Cotton Blend Wadding
Washing Instructions:
Machine Wash Cold.
Normal cycle with like colours.
Do not bleach.
Tumble dry low.
Warm Iron.
