Description

One-2-One Get to Know Your Sewing Machine Session. Skill level: All levels from beginners upwards, including those who haven’t dared get their sewing machine out of the box yet!

Do you have a sewing machine but are afraid to use it? Come and learn in a One-2-One session working to your own pace of learning. Each session lasts an hour and is tailored specifically to you.

Once booked, we will telephone you to arrange a mutually convenient time for the session.

Requirements

Remember to bring with you:

1. your sewing machine and instruction manual
2. machine needles and sewing machine attachments
3. half a metre of medium weight plain weave cotton fabric for samples (available to purchase on the day, if required)
4. sewing thread (available to purchase on the day, if required)
5. a notebook and pen
6. scissors
7. a basic sewing kit
8. a face mask and hand sanitiser

Additional Notes

Coffee and tea will be available prior to the start of the class, and during. You will have an opportunity to look around our Warehouse and purchase fabric and supplies prior to the class, during and even afterwards.

Cancellation Policy

During these current exceptional circumstances, workshops and events may be cancelled. Where at all possible, in the first instance we will offer you an alternative date, securing your place in the class. We will give you as much notice as possible should we need to cancel and arrangements will be made. We reserve the right to cancel a workshop up to 48 hours prior to the workshop date. Should we need to cancel, and are not able to offer you an alternative, you will be refunded the full amount paid. We are not able to recompense for any incremental costs that you may have incurred to attend the class should it be cancelled, such as purchases, travel arrangements or accommodation. Should you need to cancel, please give us as much notice as possible. Providing at least 14days notice is given, we will offer you a refund, less £5 administration fee, or you may transfer to another class. If less than 14days notice is given we are not able to offer any refunds or transfers.
