SCGP141.PEPPERCORN Shot Cotton Kaffe Fassett
The Shot Cotton range from Kaffe Fassett and his design team was created as a response to the need for some plain and calmer block in the quilts and to isolate the richly coloured strips and floral prints.
Quilting fabrics are first woven and then printed or dyed with a colour and/or pattern. Shot cottons are woven using two different colours of hand-dyed cotton thread: one colour for the warp and another for the weft.
This combination of fibres gives these fabrics a soft, almost iridescent look.
Perfect for adding texture and colour to your sewing projects.
