Bravo, Liza! The dramatic, dark, Turkish Delight print, fussy cut, makes this simple-to-construct quilt a wonder to study.
The dark stripe border works a treat as well. As this is a scrappy quilt, it is not necessary to place each of the fabrics, or
the Turkish Delight motifs, exactly as in the original. The smaller-scale mid-toned prints against the dark Millefiore fabric
make striking shadows.
