Green Economy Fabric Pack includes all the fabrics you need to complete this quilt top with the binding. No backing or wadding is included in this pack.
This quilt is created using the traditional ‘economy’ block, popular during the Great Depression in the 1930s as it used up small scraps of fabric. It is also known as the ‘square in a square’ block, used here to show off fussy-cut prints in the centre squares, while playing with contrast and colour in the surrounding triangles.

In order to complete this quilt you will need the book, Kaffe Fassett’s Quilts in London for all instructions and templates.
Please note that where fabrics are unavailable or discontinued, in order to compile the pack, ‘intelligent’ substitutions will be made. These will be as close as possible in design and colour tone to the original so as not to change the overall concept of the project.
