The Janome HD9 Heavy Duty Professional sewing machine is the perfect machine for the serious sewist. With fast speeds up to 1600 spm and heavy duty capabilities, the HD9 is the perfect flat bed, straight stitch only machine for serious sewing and quilting. The large bobbin design holds 40% more thread than a standard bobbin and the machine has an independent bobbin winding motor and a remote thread cutter compatible socket. The HD9 has no oil lubrication holes in the bed, therefore no oil stains on fabrics.
